The Vietnamese Engineers Working in Korea Program ensures clear and cost-effective fee allocation. More importantly, it is fully transparent about all fees and includes a candidate protection policy: a one-time registration fee grants up to four competency assessments within two years.
If a candidate takes all four assessments but does not pass, 80% of the fee will be refunded. Cases where only 50% is refunded include those who fail to attend the assessment, miss more than 40% of total class hours, or fail to show measurable improvement (not advancing by at least one or two levels after placement tests).
For translation, notarization, and document handling, candidates can be assured of a professional team that complies with international procedures. Additional costs, if any, are always communicated clearly and transparently. To facilitate early applicants, the program applies the principle “Register First – Test First”: those who submit applications early will be given priority in scheduling assessments and class placement, allowing for earlier program completion.
Korean language courses related to study-abroad preparation will begin on October 1, 2025, October 20, 2025, and November 1, 2025. The next main recruitment round will open in December 2025, with application deadlines extending into 2026 (detailed dates will be updated on the registration page).

Learners start with a Korean placement test to receive a personalized learning plan. Throughout the program, they undergo practical skill assessments simulating real-life scenarios in workshops, construction sites, and Korean work environments.

Learners who meet all academic and competency requirements may receive support in applying for professional/engineer certification according to the standards required by Korean employers (if eligible).
