Scope: This Policy governs the website https://e7-1korea.com (the “Website”) and related recruitment services.
1) Data we collect
Depending on how you use the Website, we may collect:
- Identity & contact data: full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, marital status, photo (if any), passport/ID number, visa number, phone, email, contact address.
- Education & work history: school/college name & province, field of study, certificates and year issued; employers, employment periods (from–to), years of experience, field of work.
- Language proficiency: Korean (EPS-Topik, basic/specialized) and other languages.
- CV & uploads: résumé, cover letter, diplomas, supporting documents, test results.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, OS, time zone, language settings, cookie IDs, pages viewed, access times, referrer URLs.
- Data from cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
Sensitive data notice: Passport/ID numbers, visa information and document images are sensitive personal data. We collect them only when necessary for recruitment, immigration/work-permit processing and/or to meet legal requirements, with appropriate safeguards.

We process your data to:
- Provide recruitment services: account creation, application intake, job matching, communications and—if you agree—sharing your profile with employers/partners. Legal bases: contract performance or steps prior to entering into a contract.
- Comply with laws & immigration rules: identity checks, visa/work-permit applications, labor/immigration compliance. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- Operate and improve the Website: security, fraud prevention, analytics, service optimization. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

- Directly from you via forms and uploads.

- Employers/overseas partners relevant to your application.

9) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures: HTTPS in transit, role-based access controls, secure cloud infrastructure, backups, staff training and periodic risk reviews. No method is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your data.
10) Children
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. If we learn we collected data from a child without valid guardian consent, we will delete it.
11) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on the Website with a new “Effective date.” For material changes, we will provide more prominent notice.
