• Unlike unskilled labor (E-9), this visa requires expertise and technical skills.

Applicants must meet at least one of the following conditions:

• Education Requirements: Graduation from a college/university in a related field.
• Experience Requirements:
  • University graduates: at least 1 year of experience.
  • College graduates: at least 5 years of experience.

• Civil Engineer: construction and management of roads, bridges, tunnels.
• Architectural Engineer: building construction, site management, structural construction.
• Electrical Engineer: electrical installation, wiring, maintenance, safety management.
• Telecommunications Engineer: network installation, construction and maintenance of network systems.

2. Matching with companies and interviews.
3. Signing labor contract.
4. Apply for visa at the Korean Ministry of Justice.
5. Visa issued and attached to passport.
6. Enter Korea and start working.
