On the afternoon of April 2, 2026, the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering (HUCE) solemnly hosted the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with the Korea Specialty Contractors Association (KOSCA).

The event marks a significant step forward in international collaboration, specifically in the training and development of high-quality human resources for the construction industry—a sector facing increasing demand amid global integration.

Attending the ceremony on behalf of the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Tung – President; Prof. Dr. Nguyen Hoang Giang – Vice President, along with leaders from relevant departments.

Representing the Korea Specialty Contractors Association were Mr. Yoon Hak Soo – Chairman of the Association; Mr. Park Jin Hong – Representative of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of Korea at the Embassy of Korea in Vietnam, alongside members of the delegation and representatives from related Korean agencies and organizations.

The presence of senior leaders from both organizations underscores a strong commitment to fostering practical, effective, and sustainable cooperation in the coming years.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding, both parties have agreed to implement key strategic initiatives, including:
